Are installation services provided?
No, we do not provide installation services. A step-by-step manual is included to help your electrician with the installation.
How long will my orders arrive?
You will be able to receive your orders from 3 -5 working days after payment has been made.
Can I cancel my orders after I have confirmed?
As soon as payment has been made, we will not be able to cancel any orders.
Do you charge for delivery?
Deliver is complimentary for orders above $1,499.
Orders before $1,499 may opt for self-collection at our warehouse or gallery from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, or Saturday from 11am-5pm.
Do you ship overseas?
Please contact us directly for overseas orders.
Do you provide warranty coverage?
We provide a 3-year on-site warranty coverage and a 1-1 exchange on a case to case basis.
Our warranty does not apply to damaged items resulting from misuse, abuse, defective maintenance, normal wear & tear, incorrect installation, damage caused by third-party installers, and products damaged after delivery was made.
What type of online payments do you take?

Card Payments are processed through WiX with no additional or hidden cost involved.
We also accept payments via PayPal.

Are my details stored?
Only your personal information will be stored for future purchases such as your Name, Billing Address / Delivery Address, Email that you have provided to us when creating an account.
Are there any hidden costs?
All of the LAB2.1 products Retail Price only excludes GST. There will not be any retail price variance from our e-commerce or gallery.
Can I view the products?
Our gallery is located at 399 Guillemard Road, Singapore 399793.
What are your operating hours?
the LAB2.1 operates from Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm, and Saturday from 11am to 5pm.
Where is your warehouse at?
Our warehouse is located at Eunos Ave 7 Block 122 Richfield Industry Centre #07-10 Singapore 409575.
Can I receive any updates or promotion materials from you?

Is my data protected?
Your data is our utmost priority. It is the company’s duty to not share your data to anyone unless we are directed by a legal Court to do so. You can find our Personal Data Protection Act here.
Do I need an account to purchase from the LAB2.1?
There is no need to create an account should you prefer to check out as Guest. It is recommended to have one to track your orders and to be in the loop for future updates from Sol Luminaire and the LAB2.1.
Do you offer refund if I do not like the product?
We do not offer refunds. We encourage customers to drop by our showroom and view the product before making the purchase.
